​Marked by Faith: A Mom’s Guide Through the Football Season

Welcome, Football Moms! 💙
Raising a high school athlete is about so much more than showing up on Friday nights. It’s the long summer workouts, the car rides home, the whispered prayers, and all the hold-your-breath moments in between. This season, Marked by Faith is here to walk with you — giving us tools to encourage our boys, lift each other up, and point our families back to Christ.
Here you’ll find:

  • 📖 Devotional Booklets – 10 weeks of daily self-led devos + reflection exercises written just for football moms.
  • 📲 Weekly Text Prompts – short encouragements you can send to your son before or after the game.
  • 📱 Social Media Guides – ready-to-use captions that go with your post-game photos, helping you celebrate the theme of the week no matter the scoreboard.
This is about more than football. Each week’s theme — courage, grit, unity, discipline, endurance, humility, focus, legacy, and victory — is a chance for us to grow alongside our boys and remind them that their worth isn’t in stats or wins, but in the God who goes with them.
Together, we’ll leave a mark that lasts far beyond the lights.
Varsity Prayer Cards
Each week of the season, every player receives a 5x7 Prayer Card that ties directly to the team’s weekly theme. These cards are designed to be tough, practical, and inspiring — something the boys can tuck in their locker, backpack, or Bible.

What’s on the cards?
  • 📖 A weekly anchor verse from Scripture.
  • 💡 A short, motivational message that connects faith and football.
  • 🎥 A QR code linking to a video prayer from the moms or a hype video/song.
  • ✍️ A simple prayer prompt, reminding the boys to lean on God under the lights.
The cards are meant to do more than motivate for game day — they remind our sons of who they are, Who goes with them, and the mark they’re leaving both on and off the field.

Why do we make them?
Because words matter. A single reminder before a game can shift mindset, build courage, and strengthen faith. These cards are a way for us as moms to cover our boys in Scripture and prayer, while also giving them something tangible to hold onto all season long.

Live Bible Studies

Every Sunday while we decorate the locker room, we pause for an hour-long Bible study called Marked Together. These times are filled with Scripture, deeper word studies, simple illustrations, and shared prayer. Together, we’re building community and leaving our own mark of faith.
