When I started this journey, I told myself that I would try it for a month and just see what happened. Then we weight started falling off. Slowly, I began to understand and gain a little confidence in the program. Soon I was sprinting and showing others how I was getting healthy and changing our lives.

In my first 7 months on program, I lost 100 pounds. I was hooked. The program is easy and it works. Once I decided that it was time for a change, there was no stopping me. I found the vehicle that would help get me there!

DEFINING Your WHY

One of the most powerful exercises for me was defining my "why" and saying out loud what I wanted to accomplish. Keeping that in front of me has been incredibly powerful. I encourage others to write it out on a note card too.

Fueling for Life

You can't out work your fork. So many have told stories of killing themselves at the gym and not seeing much for their efforts. What I put in my body has changed my mood, my skin, and certainly my scale.

Creating Habits

I'm doing more today than I was last week and that's my goal. Small changes over time produce big results. I told myself when I started my health journey that I could do anything for a month.. and I just keep saying that.
