Team Mom

I never played sports growing up, not even church league softball. I'm new to the team sport circut, but I'm learning the ropes and having a great time watching my children play, while they are learning and growing. Trying to do my part, I have often offered to help the coaches with organization and communication - things like making the snack list to organize parents for the post-game snacks, called, texting or emailing other parents about times and dates, planning an end-of-season party for the team.
I guess it's all part of wanting my kids to have great experiences and wonderful memories. Go! Fight! Win!
Hint: To share team roster, schedule, memories and more, I've used Shutterfly's Share Sites for Teams. It's great!

Baseball![]() Sitting in the summer sun, cheering your child on is a wonderful way to spend a summer evening. It also offers opportunities for the parents to meet too! I have made many a new "mom friend" sitting behind the first base line.
Because of the timing of baseball season, schools out and there seems to be more time, an end of season party seems to be more likely, Here are a few photos of our most recent team party - a pool party at a local hotel! Read More Here |
