We all went to get our teeth cleaned a week ago after school was out, but I had to go back. I have cavities. I know. I need to brush more and better and all that stuff. But I had to go back today to get a filling and to get one of my baby teeth pulled. I was pretty nervous.
But in the waiting room at Kool Smiles, they have movies and computer games and even a slide and stuff for little kids. That helped me to forget about what was about to happen. I was hoping that they might forget about me too, but they didn't. When they called my name, my heart jumped into my throat.
When the dentist helper explained what was going to happen, she said that there would be some hot bubble gum stuff, then a misquito bite, some pressure with the pulling, and then it would all be over. Let me tell you though, it was no misquito bite - more like a spider bite! wow-ee That tooth looked so wierd and cool with all the roots attached. It was big and sort of spikey.
My mom says the tooth fairy doesn't pay must for teeth with cavities, but I guess we will see about that.
