Here's how she did it: I sort of modified a recipe that I found on kraftfoods.com (http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/tasty-tuna-casserole-89320.aspx)
PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. Stir in soup, milk, tuna, peppers and onions. I put the onions, peppers, carrot and onions in the boiling water with the pasta for the last few minutes.
SPOON into 2-qt. casserole; top with crushed chips.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
